I needed only to find a tenant for the other side, keep the yards 
in order, that sort of thing. Simple enough. I put up a flyer in 
some of the shop windows at the pier and by that afternoon, I had 
a response.
	My potential lessee was an older but, very attractive 
woman with two daughters. One, Amy, was about my age, 23, and the
other, Isis, was much younger, in fact she was only 14 ! I never
knew their mother's real name. She always insisted that everyone
call her "Sunny," which was a comment on her perpetual, marijuana
induced mood, and the general strangeness of this "family." 
	Being the same age, Amy and I began to spend a lot of time
together just hanging out at the beach, smoking her mother's pot,
and talking about life. Often her "little" sister, Isis, would tag
along. Amy was pretty. She was slim with long, straight auburn 
hair and had a firm, girlish body. Her complexion was very fair so 
she wore a lot of hats and really only went to the beach at all
to please me. Isis, on the other hand, was truly beautiful. 
Everywhere that we went she would draw stares. She had long dark
brown hair and an olive complexion. Her eyes were very large and 
so dark blue that, at times, they appeared almost violet. She had
perfect, white teeth that smiled out from between sprite-like
dimples and from under her high cheekbones. But it was her body
that you just could *not* stop looking at. She had large full 
breast that simply defied gravity. She wasn't tall, perhaps 5'6"
or so but, she was proportioned flawlessly...
